More than that,it helps clarify in a short space, work that took Freud years and years to develop and 23 volumes of the Standard edition to Express.Like Freud,Kramer is a very talented writer as this and his other four volumes show.. Over all I was very disappointed and it seems that the "real people" give this "book" not more than 2 stars. However there is good info for the layman in here. They reinforce each other in theory, technique, lesson, and performance books.. The first aspect repeats the similarity between culinary arts and other manual trades.
