The book provides some workarounds fixes to solve issues around compatibility issues and LUA problems and hot to configure software distribution, run support accounts with elevated privilege and best practices in using Internet Explorer and ActiveX. There is a lot of oversimplification and over-reliance on metaphors, no references cited, and illustrations that are unprofessional and sometimes just confusing. Conventional wisdom is not what this book is about which is why some readers do not come to terms with the reality of this subject. This subject matter must be of a personal interest to the author and it shows. Because global objects are attached to the namespace, they have to be qualified in the instance document with a namespace prefix. A clue that this was different was the name of the heroine 'Mab', who in English fairy lore is the fairy queen in charge of dreams. My only quibble is that the book's overall effect makes complacency a little too easy. I would give this book 7 stars if I could!I have to say, for someone who is not computer savvy when it comes to technical stuff, that this was the easiest bo
