A highlight of the book is that that each chapter starts with key learning points covered in the chapter and ends with scientific citations.The author lays the foundations of his plan in initial chapters by providing detailed descriptions of the underlying pillars of the plan, i.e. I found myself laughing out loud often and grinning throughout this delicious read. I find nothing here which runs counter to anything else I have read about the culinary profession. I found this book by Cory Simon and I really enjoyed it. Although it is extremely difficult to get a hold on, it is well worth the effort. Moreover, it is insulting so expensive book to have many spelling and grammar mistakes as well as to be so cheaply and poorly made. And it's nice to page through.. This book seemed to me to focus on just getting to the conclusion, and I found the 'joy in the journey' missing. However, it's one of the weakest examples of "pop psychology" literature that I've had the misfortune of reading. I admire those that worked so hard to stop the easy access to Oxytocin and to get help to those that were addicted. Don't waste your time!. Since the scientists were certain that the enriched uranium bomb would work, they did not bother testing it but used it on Hiroshima as Little Boy. David G.
