I've been a fan of Perrin's for as long as I can remember, and the more she writes, the better she gets. This may not be THE most exciting book in the world (the Provensens excel in moods and tones rather than fast-paced adrenaline rushes) but there is a lovely feel to it that outweighs its occasional lapses into deadened flatness.Voila, Monsieur Louis Bleriot (who, for purposes that remain unclear, is referred to here as a very un-French "Mr."). He also discusses the gold standard in detail, but isn't really trying to convey basic concepts to those not conversant with its intricacies. Most "lifestyle couples" are in committed relationships but just feel that monogamy is unrealistic and that open and honest relationships are the best. If it was a Spelljammer book, it would rate a 4, or may a 5 due to a dirth of material. And more so, because he is not willing to give up on his marriage. With Apes in Mind is a wonderful read that details Duane Rumbaugh's research into the mental capabilities of our closest cousins, the chimpanzee (which includes bonobos)..
