This book is very easy for students to read. Its your standard text book, and I think that you pretty much have to buy it if its assigned for the class so a review doesn't help much. As written in the book, we have grown up with the idea that stress always is bad, but then by looking on many of the cases in the book we see that we have to start rethinking as many times stress actually is good.By the first case we see that what we perceive as harmful stress by changing the actual persons believing then instead was turned into being good and helpful stress. This is a good book to have if you have children around the house or for a day care. As our world splinters and cracks about us we can only hope for the isolated Shangri Lai that holds the good things of mankind in safe keeping.. It ended! This was an amazing 3rd book
