Only one or two pieces in the book worth working on.. I have realized that every individual should have time for themselves to meditate. Really a Nice Book. The book presents evidence that people who think of stress as a positive force in their lives experience much less (or none) of the negative health effects that have been said to result from stress. I viewed the sample but found that all the jokes had gibberish letters inserted so, I guess, not to spoil the jokes for purchasers. That is not the problem at all with this book. A better choice would be "The Life and Doctrines of Jacob Boehme" by Franz Hartmann.. They tell of birth and doctors who are overly fast at making a decision without consulting that person whom the decision would affect the most. The book is full of quotes, and even some of them go on for so long, that by the time you get to the end, you don't know what the point was in the first place.
