My son, being 5, liked the fact that Max Axiom looked like a superhero. I think you could probably start this book with an interested(!) older 2 year old. At a minimum, it must be impeccable. Most people have no aptitude to understand such things anyway, and are better off following an exoteric religion - an attitude which may be elitist and hierarchical, but is true nonetheless.Godwin also examines various kinds of gnosticism and related forms of dualism (although it should be noted that not all gnostics were dualists). The pictures are crisp and clean and the content is organized in short, simple paragraphs. This is well documented but some of the book's statements need footnotes and better documentation. Also, although this is not that important, the book is reallyMiller graduated from West Point in 1964 and, as a captain in 1968, he led American soldiers in Vietnam.
