In this last expedition, he goes from Antarctica to the Amazon, going all the way up the Casiquiare, teh legendary canal discovered by Alexander von Humboldt that connects the Negro with the Orinoco rivers. I agree that there are not a lot of "touchy" pages, but it still is a cute little book which fills a St. The dwarf is the best character in the book. This is an outstanding analysis of sociological, historical, biological and cultural implications of consensual sex between loving couples. Read this in conjunction with 'Pocketful of Dreams' by Gary Giddins and listen to some of his radio broadcasts on 'My Old Radio' (don't forget to listen to his music or see a few movies) to get a pretty good picture of this amazing talent
